Gnanavel Raja, producer of Surya‘s Tamil blockbuster Singam has moved to Chennai High Court for seeking ban on the film’s Hindi version.
He filed a petition in the court and claimed that Reliance Entertainment ltd, the producer of Hindi version of Singam has refused to hand over the agreed share in the film’s sale amount.
According to his petition, the Ajay Devgan – Kajal Agarwal starrer Hindi version has sold for Rs 80 cr and reliance has to give him Rs 12.5 cr as share from the sale amount.
Justice Rama Subramaniyam has accepted petition and ordered to send the notice to Reliance for further proceedings.
